Our Team

I have always been a good listener, felt compassion for my peers, and have had a full heart when talking to a friend, loved one, or even a stranger. Yet it wasn't until massage therapy found me when it all made sense. I found a perfect outlet to be able to help people and utilize those traits that have always been a part of my life. I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport, CT and became licensed in the state of Connecticut through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  One of the most important things in a massage session is to be heard. If someone comes in with a pain on the right side of his neck, I want him to leave feeling that I did the best job I could to relieve that pain. That is why we create a custom massage therapy session for each one of my clients, starting with a simple question: 'How do you feel today?' This creates a safe space to express if there is sore area, if there is something difficult going on in her life, if she is worn out, or if she is great and just wants to keep feeling great. I truly believe that the moment you think you have mastered something, is the moment you never will.  Therefore, I am always researching, attending workshops, and finding new ways to continue to learn and grow as a therapist everyday.
